Just a short blog to keep you all up to date with the progress.
The 1001 reps I did 3 weeks ago didn’t make me too sore and my body recovered very well. It is exam season at University so training has taken a slight back seat. Luckily for me I installed a garden pull up station in my garden for times just like this – make the gym come to you for convenience!
This means my routine has been revising for exams for 1 hour 50 minutes and do a 10 minute session on the bar. Keeping the session as my rest and reset for my brain has helped me stay focused on both challenges.
At this early stage I have been averaging approximately 1000 reps a week. Feeling positive for success.
