1001 Rep Training Session

The journey continues. After a couple of months of adding pull ups into my weekly routine and testing out short routines in preparation for December today was my first real test. The plan was to achieve 1000 reps before a late breakfast.

I set off at 8 am and decided on trying out a 20 minute routine of doing 5 pull ups every 30 seconds. I then took a 10 minute break for water and stretching. I repeated this for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I completed an extra rep for 1001 for the mental satisfaction of overcoming my first real goal on this awesome experience to breaking the world record.

I definitely earned the full English breakfast for brunch.
